Three days. One stadium. Over a lakh visitors. Hundreds of conversations about the future of farming.
Back in February, Venonto had the opportunity to participate in the Rythu Badi Agri Show 2026 at NTR Stadium, Hyderabad, one of the largest agricultural expos in Telangana. While this blog took a little longer to make its way here, the experience was too meaningful not to share.
For three exciting days, our team connected with farmers, home growers, students, families, and aspiring agri-entrepreneurs who wanted to explore modern farming and sustainable growing solutions.
Want the quick version first? Here’s a glimpse into the three-day experience — our stall, visitors, interactions, and everything happening on-ground.
At Venonto, our goal wasn’t simply to display products. We wanted people to experience how urban farming can fit into homes, rooftops, educational spaces, and larger agricultural projects.
Visitors at our stall explored:
✅ Hydroponic growing systems ✅ Terrace garden solutions ✅ Drip irrigation setups ✅ Aquaponics demonstration models
✅ RAS Fish Farming System ✅ Sustainable growing concepts for homes and commercial spaces
People could walk up, interact with the systems, ask questions, and understand how these solutions work in real-life scenarios rather than just seeing them on a screen.
One of the most memorable parts of the event wasn’t just the footfall. It was the conversations.
We met:
Many discussions started with simple questions:
“Can I grow vegetables on my terrace?”
“How much space do I need?”
“Can this work at home?”
Those conversations didn’t end at the stadium. Even months later, some of those discussions are still continuing.
Urban farming awareness is steadily growing across Hyderabad and Telangana, but many people still haven’t experienced these systems in person.
Reading about a terrace garden or hydroponic setup online is one thing. Standing beside a working system and seeing plants grow in front of you creates a completely different understanding.
Events like Rythu Badi make that possible.
They create conversations, answer questions, and help people imagine possibilities for their own homes, farms, and future projects.
During the event, our team also had the opportunity to speak with a Telangana news team and share thoughts on urban farming, sustainable growing systems, and the increasing interest in modern agriculture.

A big thank you to the Rythu Badi team for creating a platform that brought together farmers, innovators, students, families, and businesses under one roof. The experience reinforced something we strongly believe:
The interest in sustainable growing, terrace gardening, and urban farming is growing rapidly — and people are actively looking for practical ways to start. We’re excited to continue building, educating, and growing alongside this community.
At Venonto, we believe growing food is more than installing systems or setting up gardens. It’s about helping people reconnect with nature, create greener spaces, and make sustainable living easier to adopt.
Whether it’s a family growing fresh vegetables on a terrace, someone taking their first step into urban farming, or communities exploring smarter ways to grow; every project contributes to something larger.
Our mission is simple: to make sustainable growing practical, accessible, and meaningful for more people.
At Venonto, we design, install, and maintain modern urban farms with hydroponic and terrace gardens for homes and businesses. Our customized setups use food-safe materials, smart irrigation, and low-water methods to grow healthy produce with minimal environmental impact. We’re on a mission to make fresh, home-grown food practical in every Indian city.
