From design to automation, we set up your RAS for high-density, low-water production with clean biofiltration, oxygenation, and stable temps.
Venonto builds end-to-end Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) solutions for reliable, land-based fish farming. Our modular systems recycle up to 95–99% of water with staged mechanical & biofiltration, efficient oxygenation, temperature control, and continuous water-quality monitoring (pH, DO, NH₃/NH₄⁺, ORP).
Designed for India’s climates and power conditions, we size pumps, blowers, and backup oxygen for stable, high-density production of species like tilapia, barramundi, pangasius, and more. Venonto’s RAS layouts minimize footprint and energy use, reduce disease risk, and deliver predictable growth and year-round harvests.
You get CAD design, build, commissioning, SOPs, staff training, and optional remote telemetry—plus service plans for biofilter health and solids removal. The result: local, fresh fish with lower water use, stronger biosecurity, and clear economics from pilot to commercial scal
Venonto’s automated feeding systems for RAS deliver precise rations by size class and biomass, reducing FCR and waste. Timed or sensor-based schedules prevent overfeeding, cut solids load on filters, and keep water quality stable whether you’re growing tilapia, barramundi, or pangasius.
Our fish handling approach prioritizes low stress and high survival. Venonto designs gentle grading, netting, and transfer workflows with round tanks, central drains, and safe crowding lanes. This helps in improving growth uniformity and biosecurity across your recirculating aquaculture facility
Stable DO (Dissolved Oxygen) means predictable growth. Venonto sizes aeration and oxygenation (blowers, diffusers, oxygen cones) for your biomass and temperature profile, with redundancy for outages. The result: high-density production with optimal oxygen levels and efficient energy use.
Excess CO₂ suppresses feeding and growth. Our degassing units and packed columns strip CO₂ before recirculation, protecting fish health and your biofilter. Venonto tunes gas exchange to your flow rates, keeping pH and alkalinity in the safe zone for year-round RAS farming.
Venonto integrates ozone and UV treatment to lower pathogen load, improve water clarity, and enhance biofilter performance. Closed-loop controls maintain safe ORP and UV dosage, delivering cleaner, safer water with less disease risk and fewer interventions.
This final view shows how the whole RAS loop works together. Feed is dosed just right, water leaves the tanks to shed solids, moves through the biofilter, and then drops CO₂. After a quick polish with ozone/UV and a boost of oxygen, it returns to the fish; clean, stable, and ready for the next cycle. The result is steady water quality, less stress on fish, and minimal water use, day after day.
Before we design your Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS), we run a full feasibility study covering market demand, site selection, species fit, regulatory compliance, environmental impact, operating costs (OPEX), and financial projections (CAPEX → ROI).
We also assess water quantity/quality, land layout, power availability, and access to confirm the site is suitable for the proposed RAS capacity.
Venonto prepares investor and regulator-ready documentation from technical specs to cash-flow model. So you can secure approvals and funding with confidence. These inputs are critical to forecasting yield, revenue, and payback for your fish farm.
We deliver a complete Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) design package covering equipment specification, site construction plans, and engineering blueprints.
The core design includes fish tanks, mechanical filtration, biofiltration, oxygen enrichment, UV/ozone disinfection, instrumentation, and controls sized for your target biomass. We design and construct farms across capacities, from pilot systems to commercial scale.
Venonto designs RAS fish farms engineered for India i.e. from layouts that handle local climate swings to equipment sized for real-world power conditions.
We help you launch your RAS fish farm the right way—training your team and guiding maintenance, upgrades, and technology adoption. Pick exactly what you need: technical training, business training, on-site training, troubleshooting, R&D support, and consulting. We also assist with fish stocking, supervise acclimatization in holding tanks, and stay with you before, during, and after project execution to keep performance stable and yields predictable.
As your RAS fish farm grows, we keep optimizing it. Venonto provides targeted upgrades—filtration and oxygenation enhancements, real-time monitoring and alarms, stronger biosecurity, tighter environmental controls (temperature, CO₂, ORP), and farm management software for better data tracking and analysis. Because our RAS is modular by design, you can expand capacity or slot in new units without reworking the whole site.
Ready to start small or go big? We provide fully managed (turnkey) RAS solutions. We handle the entire process from design, construction, and maintenance. Also equipping your farm with essential features like biofiltration, oxygen control, and automated monitoring.
Predictable Growth: Stable water quality and oxygen for consistent feed intake and FCR.
Water Efficiency: Reuse 95–99% of water in a closed loop.
